The New Japan Academy (NJA), established in 1982, located in Fussa, Tokyo, is a Japanese government authorized Japanese school for students of Japanese as a foreign/second language.

Fussa, nearby the USA Yokota Air Base is famous for the multi-cultural background. At NJA, we respect the values and cultures of our foreign students and our students take pride in their cultural phenomena. A common respect for other students' culture is nurtured as students begin to communicate with each other in their new appreciated common language--Japanese. We provide a stage where both teacher and student can enjoy advancing their educational goals.　

And our classes are all small; "Face to Face" is valued. So, we know our students so well, that we are providing sufficient support services not only on Japanese study, but also on their living in Japan. We keep on pursuing the mutual trust between the students and the school.
